3. Booking & Payments

All bookings must be made through our website or authorized representatives.
Prices are listed in AED or USD and may be subject to VAT or applicable fees.
Full payment or partial advance (as specified) is required to confirm the booking.
We use secure third-party payment gateways to process transactions.

Important: Your booking is confirmed only once payment is successfully processed and a confirmation email is issued.

4. Cancellations & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing (email or contact form).
Refund eligibility depends on the type of tour and notice period:
72+ hours before tour: Full refund
24–72 hours before tour: 50% refund
Less than 24 hours: No refund

Some services (e.g., visa assistance, private transport bookings) may be non-refundable. Always check service-specific terms before booking.

5. Amendments & Rescheduling

We strive to accommodate rescheduling requests but cannot guarantee availability. Rescheduling may be subject to additional charges or supplier policies.
In the rare event we need to cancel a confirmed booking (e.g., due to weather, security, or operational issues), we will offer:

A full refund, or
An alternative date or service

6. Travel Documents & Visa

It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they possess valid travel documents, including passports and visas (if applicable). We are not liable for any consequences resulting from incomplete or invalid documentation.

7. Health, Safety & Conduct

Participants must follow safety instructions provided by our staff or tour operators.
We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals behaving abusively, dangerously, or in violation of local laws.
Some activities (e.g., dune bashing, camel rides) may not be suitable for pregnant women or individuals with health conditions.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability
